1. Refund Policy: We offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to assess the issue.
  • Non-receipt of Products: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and may offer a refund if appropriate.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

2. Returns Policy: We accept returns on products under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Misprinted Products: If you receive a product that does not match the specifications of your order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may require you to return the product for assessment.
  • Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the print quality due to reasons other than file quality (e.g., color variance), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request evidence to assess the issue.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

3. Non-eligible Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper care.
  • Products with design issues that were approved by the customer before printing.
  • Products ordered with specific customization requests that are accurately fulfilled.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return: To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at info@printridge.com. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as photographs) if applicable. We will guide you through the process and provide further instructions based on your specific situation.

5. Additional Notes:

  • PRINTRIDGE reserves the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet the above criteria.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
