PRINTRIDGE provides printing and related services to individuals and businesses. Our services may include but are not limited to digital printing, offset printing, binding, and finishing options.

  1. Ordering
  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, in person at our shop, or via email or phone.
  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by PRINTRIDGE. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
  • Proofing: Customers are responsible for proofing their designs before submitting them for printing. We will not proceed with printing until final approval is received.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Pricing: Prices for our Services are listed on our website or provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been agreed upon in advance.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
  • Credit Card Fees: Credit card charges, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.
  1. Turnaround Time
  • Estimated Turnaround: We will provide an estimated turnaround time for each order based on our current workload and production schedule.
  • Delays: PRINTRIDGE is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, technical failures, or acts of nature.
  1. Delivery and Shipping
  • Delivery Options: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our shop or have them shipped to a specified address.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Content: Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit for printing. PRINTRIDGE assumes no liability for any copyright violations or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs and ensuring the accuracy of all information before printing begins.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refunds: Refunds or reprints will only be offered in cases of significant errors attributable to PRINTRIDGE.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Indirect Damages: PRINTRIDGE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services.
  1. Governing Law
  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
  • Disputes: Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in Georgia.

PRINTRIDGE reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
